I’m proud to announce a new personal project. GetSupernovae is a small tool that helps amateur astronomers fetch the most recent supernovae and check whether they are visible from a given observing site.

  • Computes local visibility (rise/set, altitude) for a given site.
  • Outputs results in a machine- and human-friendly format.
